On behalf of my school (11-19 year-old children) I like to purchase 9 Smart-Idea-5 licenses because the concept-mapping-structs in Smart Ideas 5 are very nice to work with for controlling and learning and teaching. But I can't purchase this software anymore, only free-trials for 30 days. I like to have the software on a permanent base. Can anybody help me?

You are having problems with the SMART Ideas because the product is discontinued. This is the message I receive when I access the product page provided by the developers on their website:
This product is no longer being sold and might not be supported if you don’t have a valid subscription or warranty. Visit the Discontinued products and customer support program page for more information.
You should contact them and explain that it's essential to have the software, maybe they will make you a limited offer.
The run file .exe appears to only work for Windows. Where is a version that works on a Mac?

The SMART Ideas software is not available anymore, but there is another one from the same category called SMART Notebook. Luckily, there is a version for Mac as well, which means you can download it using the link posted below. That is the trial package. You need to buy it in order to unlock its full potential.
SMART Ideas is the name of an application used to create multilevel concept maps. The apps of this type are also called mind mapping tools. It can help you create various diagrams and connection paths for your projects. You can see the example in the image below.
